02What data we process
The form requests your name, email address, service and message. Your organisation and phone number are optional. We receive what you write and, if you contact us by email, the content of that communication. Please do not include identity documents, health data or other sensitive data in your initial enquiry; the form does not accept attachments.
Technical data, such as your IP address, browser characteristics and server requests, is processed to deliver and protect the website. This version has no user accounts, behavioural advertising or integrated audience analytics.
03Purposes and legal bases
- Quotes and service requests: to handle your request and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Other enquiries and professional contacts: to respond and maintain the professional relationship, based on our legitimate interest in handling communications received (Article 6(1)(f)), after assessing your rights.
- Security: to detect unwanted messages and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and communications (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Legal obligations: to comply with the obligations applicable to the controller (Article 6(1)(c)).
Without the required data, we cannot process the form. The acknowledgement checkbox confirms that you have seen this information: it does not authorise advertising. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter or make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you; the security check may block a submission, in which case you can contact us by email.
04Who can access your data
Enquiries are handled by authorised LinkChina staff. Translation and interpreting enquiries go to info@linkchina.es; representation, events, consulting and other enquiries go to info2@linkchina.es.
- Hostinger: website hosting and processing of server requests.
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online: transmission and retention of enquiries in email mailboxes, including sent copies. Email is transmitted from the server through Microsoft Graph; sending it does not install Microsoft cookies in your browser.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: antispam verification when the form is enabled. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser and origin. We do not send it your enquiry text as part of verification. Cloudflare also describes its own processing to improve detection in its Turnstile privacy information.
Authorities may also access data where required by law. We do not sell your data.
05International processing
Technology providers may use infrastructure, support staff or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. It should not be assumed that all data stays in Spain or the EU. Where applicable, processing must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, with any necessary supplementary measures.

06How long we keep your data
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on the request. Once no longer needed, they will be deleted or, where legally required, restricted for the applicable liability periods. If a service is agreed, its documentation will be retained in accordance with the obligations for that engagement.
Form rate limiting uses temporary server memory, with 15-minute and one-hour windows. References used to prevent duplicate submissions expire after 24 hours and are cleared when new requests arrive, or disappear when the process restarts. This does not delete emails already sent.
07Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to info@linkchina.es and specifying your request. If processing were based on consent, you could withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For processing based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your situation.
Additional identity information will only be requested if there are reasonable doubts. We will normally respond within one month; in cases provided for by the GDPR, this may be extended by a further two months, with the reason communicated within the first month. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, without needing to contact us first.
08Security and updates
We apply access controls, form validation and measures against abusive submissions. The website is intended for professional contacts and is not designed to collect data from minors.
We will update this information if services or processing change. The date on this page identifies the version. The applicable framework is the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and the guarantee of digital rights.
